The Rush County Health Department recently announced the next children’s immunization health clinic will take place 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday in Room 105 in the courthouse.

The county health office is located on the lower level of the courthouse near the east side entrance.

It is requested that a child’s record of previous immunizations be brought and updated and the immunizations are offered free of charge to individuals currently on Medicaid or those uninsured. Children less than the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian sign permission forms for each child receiving immunizations.

The RCHD can be contacted 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at (765) 932-3103 regarding the approaching immunization clinic or other health the department related news.
