RUSHVILLE — Fayette Regional Health System is bringing the star of A&E’s “Duck Dynasty” to the Whitewater Valley.

Willie Robertson, President & CEO of Duck Commander, will make two appearances at the Spartan Bowl, 1900 N. Grand Ave, Connersville. Shows are scheduled for 4 and 7 p.m. June 15.

Reserved bleacher and a limited number of reserved premium floor tickets will be on sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 27 at Connersville High School (Columbia Hall), 1100 Spartan Dr, Connersville, on a best-available basis. School grounds open at 8 a.m. Parking and ticket lines will not be allowed before that time. Off hours restrictions will be strictly enforced. Beginning at 8 a.m., volunteers and signs will be available to direct parking and ticket sale lines.

Reserved bleacher tickets are $12, and the limited reserved premium floor tickets range from $50 to $125.

All sales at Connersville High School will be cash only.

Credit card orders can be made beginning April 27 by calling 765-827-7705 or emailing ducks@fayetteregional.org.

After April 27, credit card orders will be taken from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If calling or emailing after business hours, your request will be handled the earliest next business day. A service charge of $3 will be applied to all credit card orders.

Tickets will also be sold “as available” at the Connersville High School bookstore from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, April 29 through Friday, May 3.

In the interest of allowing as many families to attend as possible, ticket limitations include: only four tickets purchased per person; only four tickets purchased per turn in line; all four tickets purchased must be to the same show time.

A&E’s “Duck Dynasty” is the highest rated reality show on cable. The show features three generations of the northern Louisiana Robertsons in their daily life of family, fun and faith.

Willie Robertson has been in and around hunting all his life. Growing up with the family business, he has handled most tasks at Duck Commander from sanding and packaging calls as a youngster to now serving as president of the company.

Willie loves being outdoors with his family and friends at his home in West Monroe, La. When he is not working, you will catch him on his tractor bush-hogging a field, earphones blaring, thinking of the next idea that will keep his companies at the top of the heap.

The June 15 event will feature Willie Robertson sharing stories about his family and the work ethic that has grown Duck Commander. There will be a question-and-answer session with him following the program.

Fayette Regional Health System’s 100th anniversary celebration began in April and this event is one of many planned to mark this milestone with the entire Whitewater Valley. In addition to celebrating 100 years of service, Fayette Regional is teaming with Connersville High School and using this event as a fundraiser. Specifically, the CHS Key Club and CHS FFA will benefit from this event.
