l Partners for Progress is wanting citizens to join them on a Dream Walk July 15. A rain date is scheduled for July 22. Everyone should meet at 6 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce, 315 N. Main St., Rushville, to begin this project by taking a “Dream Walk.” Empty buildings in the area bounded by Perkins and Water streets will be marked. Citizens are asked to help dream of how these spaces could be used by placing a sticky note with your idea on the storefront which will be collected. If you cannot attend, please share your ideas by filling out a form that can be picked up and dropped off at the Mayor’s Office, 133 W. First St., Rushville,” say organizers.
