April Dawn McDivitt and Brent Michael Foster were married in an outdoor ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 31, 2007 at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Todd Ridnour, Santa Barbara, Calif. Pastor Mike Willbanks performed the single ring ceremony.

The bride wore a beautiful white gown with veil and carried a fresh pink bouquet. Matron of honor was Mandy McDivitt, bride’s sister of Connersville. Maid of honor was Kristyn Miller, friend, of Santa Barbara, Calif.

Bridesmaids were Jenny Foster, groom’s sister-in-law; LeAnn Foster, groom’s sister; Jess Hansen, friend; Calamity McEntire, friend; Laurie (Milligan) Vizzini, friend; Corrie Wilhelm, friend; Lisa Willett, friend. Flower girls were Abigale Foster, groom’s niece; Avery Ridenover, friend.

Best man was Brad Foster, groom’s brother. Groom’s attendants were Matt McDivitt, bride’s uncle; Mike Zollner, friend; Brian Barr, friend; Brad DeVore, friend; Keith Smith, friend. Ring bearer was Carson McDivitt, bride’s cousin.

Corie Close registered guests. The reception was at Cabrillo Arts Pavilion in Santa Barbara, Calif.

The bride’s grandparents attending were Robert and Angela Godar of Glenwood, Everett and Melba McDivitt of Richmond.

The rehearsal dinner was at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Hank Sharp.

The daughter of Joe and Cathy McDivitt of Connersville, the bride is a University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in psychology. She is an assistant women’s basketball coach at UCSB.

The son of Dale and Judy Foster of Central Point, Ore., the groom is a graduate of Southern Arkansas with a degree in accounting and finance. He is a sales associate at Gold Crest LLC.

After a wedding trip to Sun River Resort, Bend, Ore, the couple is residing in Santa Barbara, Calif.
