n Sam’s Supporters Relay for Life team is hosting its third annual adult prom from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday at the Knights of Columbus Hall.

n Sam’s Supporters Relay for Life team is hosting its third annual adult prom from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday at the Knights of Columbus Hall. This is an over-21 only prom, theme is “And Then He Kissed Me.” King and queen will be crowned at 11 p.m. Photo opportunities available. Cost $10 per person or $15 per couple; tickets available at door and Hubler Auto Center. Dress up or casual. DJ Frank Denzler. Bring date or come single and mingle. All proceeds benefit Relay for Life of Rush County.
n Tri Kappa bake sale will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Wal-Mart. Lots of homemade goodies. All proceeds go toward the local philanthropic organization.
n St. Mary's youth group car wash and bake sale will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at O'Mara's parking lot to raise money for Relay for Life.
MONDAY (5/12)
n RCHS Training Choir Spring Concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Laughlin Center. This is the final underclassmen concert of the year, featuring the Freshman Girls' Choir, the Sophomore Treble Choir, and the Men's Glee Club. A wide variety of styles will be performed including a special guest performance by the RCHS Percussion Ensemble.
TUESDAY (5/13)
n Phoenix Lodge No. 62 F.&A.M. will have a stated meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
n Senior Bingo will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Flatrock River Lodge. Prizes, free refreshments.
n The Rushville Chapter DAR will meet at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Hackleman Cabin. The program, "Real Daughters,” will be presented by Mary Ann Hughes.
n FEMA Emergency Food and Shelter Funds in the amount of $8,078 are currently available for Rush County. A meeting for interested agencies will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Booker T. Washington Center, 525 E. Seventh Street, Rushville.
