Liggett's 42 leads RCHS to win

---- — On the tough back nine at Antler Pointe golf course, the Lady Lions improved to 11-3 on the season by knocking off Shenandoah and Cambridge City Lincoln Wednesday.

Rushville tallied a team total 193. Shenandoah was second with 237 and Lincoln finished with 256.

Catie Liggett led the way on the day with a medalist score of 42.

Whitley Disbro was next for the Lady Lions with 49.

Abbey Gulde carded 50.

Megyn Kirchoff finished with 52.

Kylie Martindale had a 54 and Kelsi Ash finished with 56.

Other scores for the Lady Lions included Sarah Cook 53, Lauryn Payne 65, Kelsey Bridges 66 and Tayler Koors 67.

The Lady Lions compete in their first Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference tournament Saturday at Brookhill Golf Course in Brookville.
