Larkins helps Fever beat Storm 76-68

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Erlana Larkins scored 17 points and Natasha Howard and Shavonte Zellous each added 13 to help the Indiana Fever beat the Seattle Storm 76-68 on Wednesday night.

The Fever (5-4) overcame a nine-point, second-quarter deficit, taking the lead at 63-61 on Marissa Coleman’s 3-pointer from the left corner with 4 minutes to play.

“I thought it was a good win against a good scrappy team,” Fever coach Lin Dunn said. “It is always special for me to see a team behind and come back and win.”

Coleman finished with 12 points.

“I am just starting to find my shot,” Coleman said. “Missing a lot early on, so I think feeling more and more comfortable and being able to knock down some shot defiantly gets my confidence going.”

Larkins also had 11 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the season.
