Arabians win HHC 3-team meet

NEW PALESTINE — The Lady Dragons of New Palestine hosted Rushville and Pendleton Heights in girls swim action. The Lady Arabians won the team title with 147 followed by New Palestine 138 and Rushville 37.

Rushville’s 200 medley relay team of Courtney Hall, Brenna Hall, Abby Clark and Riko Itakura finished fifth in 2:47.40.

Courtney Hall took fifth in the 200 freestyle with a time of 3:46.02.

Brenna Hall finished fifth in the 200 individual medley with a time of 3:47.01.

In the 50 freestyle, Autumn Meece was fifth in :35.93 and Itakura was sixth in :39.70.

Katie Egielske finished fifth in diving with 112.95 and Nici Martin was sixth with 64.5.

Meece took fifth in the 100 freestyle and Michaela Colestock was sixth in a personal best 1:35.94.

Clark finished the 500 freestyle in fifth place with a time of 8:17.91.

The 200 freestyle relay team of Brenna Hall, Rachel Sayman, Itakura and Meece finished fifth in 2:29.50. The team of Megan Clifton, Colestock, Martin and Shelbie Brown finished sixth in 3:04.15.

Courtney Hall finished fifth in the 100 backstroke with a personal best 1:39 with Clifton sixth in 2:19.31.

In the 100 breaststroke, Brenna Hall was fifth in a personal best 1:35.07 and Colestock was sixth in a personal best 1:51.63.

The 400 freestyle relay team of Clark, Sayman, Martin and Colestock finished fifth in 6:19.51.
