---- — In their fourth game in a week, the Lady Lions hosted conference foe Greensburg Saturday. A late goal by the Lady Pirates allowed Greensburg to rally for the 2-2 tie.

Rushville got on the board first as senior Jill Yager took the ball at the 18 on a sloppy field and found the net for her first varsity goal.

Greensburg responded with a goal to knot the game 1-1 at the half.

The Lady Lions regained the lead as Abbey Whitaker dropped the ball to Alisha Markley. Markley then sent the ball through to Jordan Linville who found the net to make it 2-1.

A hand ball inside the 18 gave the Lady Pirates a penalty kick. Greensburg converted to even the game at 2-2. Neither team could get the winning goal in the slick and muddy conditions.

The Lady Lions (2-7-1) host Connersville at 5 p.m. today for Senior Night.
