RUSHVILLE — RICHMOND - Due to a conflict with school and the new golf sectional that the Rushville golf team competes in, the Lions were playing without some key players Monday.

Some of the golfers were unable to play in the golf sectional due to going on the Washington trip for the school. Richmond hosts its sectional on Monday instead of last Friday like the former sectional the Lions were in at Greensburg.

Monday, the Lions carded a team-total 463 to round out the high school golf season.

Kyle Tague was low for the Lions with a (54-56) 110.

Brayton Wood was next for Rushville with (53-60) 113.

Austin Tielking finished with (56-62) 118.

Kyle Hewitt had a (55-67) 122.

Nick Truster finished with a personal best 51 on the front and 73 on back for 124.

Richmond’s Matt Sheridan was the medalist on the day with (35-34) 69.
