WEST DES MOINES, IOWA - Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa (FMH) is proud to announce its sponsorship of a $1,500 Future Farmers of America (FFA) Scholarship for Rushville resident Audrey Neuman, who will be attending Purdue University – West Lafayette in the fall to study agricultural education.
Farmers Mutual Hail recognizes the importance of youth education in the agricultural industry because each generation brings advancements to farming practices and agriculture services that wouldn’t be possible without research and education. That’s why FMH supports the National FFA Organization and donates funds for 17 scholarships that are awarded to students from all over our 15-state writing area. FMH recognizes these young adults and their commitment to further improving the industry by pursuing their secondary education in an agricultural-related field. We wish them the very best as they head back to school.
Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa (FMH) provides crop insurance in 15 Midwestern states, property and casualty insurance in six states, and has a reinsurance department that operates in domestic and international markets. For more information, visit www.fmh.com.
