A great reward

---- — All of us have found various ways to endure this winter of snow and ridiculous temperatures. However, there’s a group of Rush County students who took time out from shoveling and delays to go to lunch in style - Limo style that is.

The annual fall fundraiser for Rushville Elementary Schools East and West featured Abby Candles. Approximately 200 students participated in this project. Several goals were presented and an elite group who sold 30 items (each) were treated to a Limo Ride and Lunch at McDonald’s. The proceeds from this fundraiser go to support PTG projects. Field trips and playground equipment are just a few of the ways PTG supports students at RESE and RESW.

Rushville Elementary School East and Rushville Elementary School West would like to express appreciation to all of the students, parents/guardians and teachers who participated in this important fund raiser. You are one more reason why “Rush County Schools are a Great Place To Be.”
