From TV’s to I Phones, Text to Twitter, we are surrounded by media every day. The old term “Information Highway” might need to be replaced with “Personal Sensory Upload!” As we all make our way through this maze of communication tools, the ability to hear questions and answers in a format that is timely and precise is paramount. Add to that the ability to listen to this information at any time. What you have is media on your terms through the FlyPod Media Network. The FlyPod Media Network produces programs in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Their goal is to meet the communication needs of local communities in a format that is available at click of a button.
Last spring Rush County Schools launched a monthly audio program designed to bring you the news of all things related to your school system. The FlyPod Media Network comes to us under the guidance of broadcast host, Gary Puckett. He brings a wealth of insight and information to the table as a professional speaker, published author, and career podcaster. This month’s edition of Super Chat is available by going to the Rush County Schools web page at http://rcs.rushville.k12.in.us and clicking on the RCH FlyPod Super Chat box (at the bottom of the page). Dr. John E. Williams, RCS Superintendent serves as host of this monthly program. “We are pleased to bring you another way of staying informed about Rush County Schools. We are especially grateful to MainSource Bank and Worth Barada Law Offices for their sponsorship of these programs,” stated Williams.
