Holy Week Schedule

Palm Sunday - New Beginnings Service 8:30 a.m. Service of Palms and Celebration 10:40 a.m.

Maundy Thursday - Love Feast in the basement of the church at 7 p.m.

We will be remembering the last night that Jesus spent with his closest of friends. It will not be a full meal, just bread, cheese and fruit to share.

Good Friday - 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary.  A Service of Word and Remembrance.

Easter Sunday - 7:15 a.m. Sunrise Service outside weather permitting. Bring a chair and meet us between the two buildings. 8 a.m. Easter Breakfast in the basement of the Church; 8:30 a.m. Easter Egg Hunt outside weather

permitting; 10 a.m. Service of Celebration. Hope you will be able to join us. Have a blessed week.

Faith Baptist Church in Morristown

Sunday, March 23, Dr. Wayne Scott will be teaching the Sunday school lesson at 9:30 a.m. and preaching the morning worship service at 10:30 a.m., followed by the pitch-in lunch at noon and quarterly business meeting at 12:45 p.m. to adopt the annual budget. Candy donations are still needed for the Good News Clubs at New Palestine Elementary (Mondays) and Morristown Elementary (Wednesdays). Contact Karen Scott at (317) 861-5516.

Tuesdays, March 26 and April 16, will be the next opportunity to visit the Statehouse for Family and Freedom Days sponsored by Advance America from 9 to 10:15 a.m. in the 7th floor conference room, 101 W. Ohio St., Indianapolis. This is a free event for the public to attend and a chance to speak with your Senator and Representative at the Statehouse on issues of importance to American families. Sunday, March 31, will be the Easter Sunrise service at 8 a.m., pitch-in breakfast from 8:45 to 9:30 a.m., Sunday school at 9:30 a.m., and the Easter Cantata at 10:30 a.m. There will not be a pitch-in lunch or afternoon service.
