St. John’s, Enochsburg, church picnic is Sept. 1. Chicken and roast beef dinners served beginning at 11 a.m. Games, beer garden, raffles, silent auction.

Mahoning Valley Christian Service Camp

Mahoning Valley Christian Service Camp is celebrating 70 years of service with a public event from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11.

Mahoning Valley Christian Service Camp is a ministry located just outside Rushville. They provide Christian summer camp programs for students in first grade through high school. Mahoning Valley also serves as a retreat center, providing lodging and food service for groups of fifteen to one hundred people.

First Church of God VBS

First Church of God presents HayDay Weekend Vacation Bible School from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. today and Saturday, Aug. 9 and 10. The Celebration Service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 11. For more information or questions please call 932-5138.

St. Mary School Golf Open

The 24th Annual St. Mary School Golf Open will take place on Saturday, Aug. 10 at Antler Pointe Golf Course in Rushville, Indiana. Tee times are at 8:00am and 1:00pm. Cost is $ 55.00 per player / $ 220.00 per team. ( 4 person team scramble) Meal and golf carts are included.
