Amped Up 2013 at Riverside Park Amphitheater

Plum Creek Christian Church (PCCC) will be hosting “Amped Up 2013” at 11 a.m. at Rushville’s Riverside Park Amphitheater on Sunday, Sept. 22. This is PCCC’s annual contemporary and casual community outdoor service. Everyone is asked to bring a lawn chair from home and encouraged to bring a covered dish/dessert for the meal afterward. PCCC will have some chairs on hand as well. Please enter at the Morgan Street entrance where you will be greeted by volunteers who will help you get parked and will handle any other needs you may have. Do you need a “spiritual” Shot of God’s word? Or a “God” moment you have been praying for? Then please join us for Amped Up 2013. It’s packed full of singing, hearing God’s word and a wonderful buffet of food afterwards. If you have been waiting for the Lord to budge you, then this is the reason. Please come and join us and come as yourself and leave as a new creation of the person God created you for! We look forward to welcoming you and praying for the “GOD” experience you have praying for. The set time for the service is 11a.m. until 3 p.m. but there is no set time for it to end. If the Lord places it on your heart to stay longer, then by all means stay longer. There will always be someone there to talk to you about the Lord. This year’s RushFest Mayor’s Breakfast will be held at the Elks Lodge followed by this Plum Creek Christian Church’s Amped Up 2013 service. Riverside Park Amphitheater is a premier outdoor venue located at 100 West Water Street in Rushville. Parking is conveniently available in gravel lots or in surrounding business. Special handicap parking is also available.
