Angel The Church Mouse

RUSHVILLE — Hi, all you kind folks in Readership Land,

As we count our many blessings, naming them one by one.....let us really see what God has done. In your “Thanks-giving,” please help those who help others right here in Rush County!

When it was time for little Mary to say what she was thankful for at the family Thanksgiving meal, she had her little head bowed, hands folded in prayer and eyes tightly closed. Yet, she did not say a word.

Her father whispered, “Mary, please say what you are thankful for, there are others waiting their turn.” Little Mary with head bowed, hands folded and one eye opened, whispered, “Daddy, I told God what I’m thankful for.”  Her father said, “And what are you thankful for Mary?”

Little Mary whispered, “That he had that little spider go away from Gram’s biscuits.“

“Even a child is known by his (her) deeds.” Proverbs 20:11a

Until the next time.

Blessings, Angel The Church Mouse
