---- — First Baptist Church
“Wow!” I thought to myself as I stood at the base of the mountain. It was so big and daunting! I knew it was going to be a long climb, that there would be narrow pathways along cliff edges and that the weather could change on the way up. So what motivated me to climb it? I was told that on a clear day, the view would be breath-taking.
Looking at God’s promises can be like looking at a mountain. The path to them can seem daunting - steps of faith, perseverance, and obedience. What would ever motivate someone to walk the path into those promises? The knowledge that their fulfillment will be beautiful and well-worth the steps taken to get there! Would you join us at First Baptist Church this Sunday as we look at the path leading to God’s promises being fulfilled in your life? We meet at 9:30 a.m. at 1431 West US Highway 52 in Rushville. See you then!
