Sunday, Aug. 25 missionaries to Mexico, Russell and Debbie Raymer, will conduct the morning worship services.

Wednesday, Aug. 28 will be the monthly visitation program with teams leaving the church at 7 p.m.

A new Sunday school class will begin on Sunday, Sept. 1, called “Basics for Believers” taught by Joe Hansome, deacon, at 9:30 a.m. and continue on Sundays.

Good News Clubs will begin at Morristown Elementary after school on Sept. 18, Sept. 25, Oct. 2, Oct. 30, Nov. 6, Nov. 13, Nov. 20 and Dec. 4. For more details, contact Dr. Wayne Scott at (765) 763-7657.

New Salem United Methodist Church

New Salem United Methodist Church is hosting a fried chicken lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, in the New Salem Lions Club building on US 52. Full meal with sides and drink. $9 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Open to all!
