"Don't Give Up on Your Dream" – Joseph was the baby in the family and his dad Jacob didn't have any qualms about letting the older brothers know Joseph was the favorite. As you can imagine this presented problems on the home front. To make matters worse Joseph told his brothers about a dream from God that one day they would all bow down before him. The brothers seethed with anger and plotted to kill Joseph, they choose instead to sell him into slavery. The brothers then lied to their father by telling him Joseph had been killed by a wild animal. As if things were not bad enough Joseph was accused of a crime he did not commit and was imprisoned for two years. Through it all he continued to trust in the Lord, believing in his dream. Joseph's dream became a reality when God caused a famine and the brothers had to travel to Egypt to purchase grain. Guess who had gotten out of prison and had moved up the ranks and was second in command! Joseph ended up saving his family from starvation because of the position God had put him in. Are you willing to follow your dream no matter what stands in the way? When God is in control He will take what seems to be impossible circumstances and turn them into possibilities.
