Second annual Relay for Life gospel concert sponsored by Ida’s Angels will be at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the and a good group of talent will take part in the concert. There is no admission charge, but an offering for Relay for Life will be received. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Do you have 30 minutes to pray for our nation? The 57th Annual National Day of Prayer will take place May 1, 2008 at the Rush County Courthouse Commissioners Room 102.

A special “God & Country” program will be presented at 6 p.m. this Sunday at Arlington Christian Church. Host for the evening will be Andrew Phipps.

n First Southern Baptist Church will sponsor a bean supper from 5 to 7 p.m. April 25 at the church on Airport Road.

The Rush County Ministerial Association will be sponsoring a "Community Praise Service" this Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, located at the corner of Fifth and Morgan streets in Rushville.
