2:22 p.m.: Stephen Wayne Barnes, 29, of Connersville, was arrested on a warrant for identity deception.

2:39 p.m.: Theft reported in the 200 block of South Main Street.

8/27/13

3:24 a.m.: Craig Stephen Kuhn, 35, of Rushville, was arrested in the 300 block of North Main Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater.

5:42 a.m.: Livestock out reported in the 100 block of South Perkins Street.

2:41 p.m.: Charles S. Gurley, 48, of Rushville, was cited in the 1600 block of North Main Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

5:34 p.m.: Tracy Bourne, 48, of Shelbyville, was arrested in the 1600 block of North Main Street on charges of identity deception and possession of marijuana.

5:34 p.m.: Jason T. Burkholder, 45, of Shelbyville, was arrested in the 1600 block of North Main Street on charges of possession of marijuana and assisting a criminal. A $10,000 bond was listed.

11:41 a.m.: Theft reported in the 200 block of North Market Street in Carthage.

11:52 a.m.: Internal theft reported in the 200 block of West Pearl Street in Glenwood.

8:10 a.m.: Ryan Scott Farley, 33, of Rushville, was arrested on an unspecified writ of attachment.

12:23 p.m.: Theft reported in the 4100 block of West CR 175S.

8:10 p.m.: Ryan Scott Farley, 33, of Rushville, was arrested on multiple charges: two charges of battery and charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct.
