10:21 p.m.: Misty Dawn Jacobs, 38, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with  a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI (with a prior conviction), criminal mischief and possession of marijuana.

8:14 p.m.: Michelle D. Williams, 37, of Indianapolis, was cited in the 100 block of North Morgan Street for a child seatbelt violation and non-possession of a valid operator’s license.

3;37 a.m.: Michael A. Chandler, 43, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle wile intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with  a BAC of .15 percent or greater and OWI endangerment.

5:22 a.m.; Automobile theft reported in the 400 block of North Jackson Street.

1:55 a.m.: Brian C. Spence, 41, of Rushville, was arrested in the 700 block of East SR 44 on charges of operating a  motor vehicle wile intoxicated, OWI with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, and illegal possession of a controlled substance.

10:59 p.m.: Tina Marie Etherton, 53, of Rushville, was arrested in the 4000 block of North Henderson Road on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, possession of a controlled substance and OWI (second offense).
