5:50 a.m.; Robin L. Fogg, 43, of Rushville, was involved in a vehicle versus deer accident on CR 600W south of SR 44.

11:48 a.m.; Theft reported in the 6800 block of West Maple Street.

6:08 p.m.: Katherine Calista Eversole, 34, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., was arrested in the 1900 block of South SR 3 on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm without a permit and illegal possession of a swithchblade knife.

6:08 p.m.: Dwight David Eversole II, 33, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., was arrested in the 1900 block of South SR 3 on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm without a permit, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body and OWI (second offense).
