2:20 p.m.: Ryan W. Lutz, 34, of Connersville, was arrested in Andersonville on a local warrant for strangulation and battery.

3:55 p.m.: Thomas Wayne Roberts Jr., 43, of Rushville, was arrested for failure to appear.

8:38 p.m.: Cindy S. Cox, 48, of Rushville, was arrested in the 9900 block of North CR 150E on charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of precursors used to manufacture methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

10:20 p.m.: Wade Lee Dishman, 37, no address given, was arrested in the 1500 block of East CR 1000N on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic device, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

10:20 p.m.: Chad Jeremy Dishman, 40, no address given, was arrested in the 1500 block of East CR 1000N on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, possession of precursors used in the manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container and maintaining a common nuisance.
