3:12 p.m.: William R. Gray, 25, of Indianapolis, was cited on SR 44 near CR 100E on a charge of following too closely. Gray was later arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended (with a prior conviction).

7:37 p.m.: Domestic disturbance reported in the 100 block of South Pearl Street.

7:54 p.m.: Beverly Jane Hornaday, 43, of Shelbyville, was arrested in the 100 block of South Pearl Street on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and battery.  

7:54 p.m.: Duane E. Wright, 48, of Rushville, was arrested in the 100 block of South Pearl Street on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and battery.

8:55 p.m.: Christopher D. Spivey, 27, of Rushville, was arrested in the 700 block of North Morgan Street on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

9:11 p.m.: Mister Mark Anthony Gibson, II, 34, of Rushville, was arrested in the 700 block of North Morgan Street on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

9:21 p.m.: Attempted burglary reported in the 1200 block of North Cherry Street.
