6:55 p.m.: Ryan Cody Hornsby, no age given, of Connersville, was arrested on an unspecified drug related charge.

9/15/12

1:12 a.m.: Kissie Sharee Bolden, 31, of Rushville, was cited in the 500 block of West Ninth Street for driving left of center and operating a motor vehicle while never receiving a driverÕs license. Bolden was later arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with a BAC of .5 percent or greater, OWI endangerment and refusal of a field sobriety test.

1:21 p.m.: Theft reported in the 200 block of North Morgan Street.

4:45 p.m.: Illegal dumping reported in the 600 block of North Harrison Street.

8:01 p.m.: Battery reported in the 100 block of West Second Street.

1:55 p.m.: Veronica S. Keller, 43, of Shelbyville, was arrested on an unspecified bond revocation warrant.

7 p.m.: Devin Quinn Winchester, 18, of Greensburg, was arrested on CR 125E near CR 1100S on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of alcohol by a minor.

11:43 p.m.: Kandi Lee Qualls, 30, of Richmond, Ky., was arrested for parole violation.

1:14 a.m.: Robert W. Davis, 34, of Kennard, was arrested in Knightstown on an unspecified writ of attachment warrant.

1:38 a.m.: Livestock out reported in the 4500 block of East SR 44.

8:58 p.m.: Danny Thomas Dixon, 47, of Rushville, was arrested in the 4100 block of North CR 400W on a unspecified writ of attachment warrant.

10:58 p.m.: William Lenzie Wilkerson, 29, of Greenwood, was arrested at the Rush County Fairgrounds on charges of criminal recklessness with a weapon.
