9:23 a.m.: Theft reported in the 600 block of North Sexton Street.

3 p.m.: Tabatha Lynn Davis, 24, of Brookville, was arrested in the 1800 block of North Main Street on two unspecified out of county warrants.

4/10/13

12:57 a.m.: Shannon Cooper, 31, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while never receiving a driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a child present.

3 a.m.: Ponce Delon Carter, 27, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1000 block of North Harrison Street on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

4:20 a.m.: Luke E. Duke, 17, no address given, was arrested in the 1000 block of North Harrison Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

12:02 p.m.: Theft reported in the 1800 block of North Main Street.

4:51 p.m,.: Theft reported in the 1900 block of North Flatrock River Court.

3:03 p.m.: Caleb William McQuinley, 18, of Rushville, was arrested in the 100 block of South Main Street on charges of theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

5:34 p.m.: Justen D. Hoots, 25, of Connersville, was arrested in the 2500 block of South SR 3 on a possession of marijuana charge.

7:06 p.m.: Theft reported in the 300 block of North Main Street in Carthage.

12:34 a.m.: Rebecca L. Lewis, 29, of Rushville, was arrested in the 5500 block of West SR 44 on a charge of illegal possession of synthetic marijuana.

12:34 a.m.: Robert S. Wooldridge, 34, of Rushville, was arrested in the 5500 block of West SR 44 on charges of illegal possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

8:38 p.m.: Brooke Nicole Theobald, 20, of Arlington, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street, Rushville, on a warrant for neglect of a dependent and visiting a common nuisance.
