9 a.m.: Carl L. Moore Jr., 21, of Newpoint, was arrested on charges of robbery, theft and receiving stolen property.

5/10/13

9:10 p.m: Andy Vernon Dickey, 33, no address given, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and public intoxication.

9:48 a.m.; Theft reported in the 700 block of North Arthur Street.

5/12/13

1:33 a.m.: Amanda Sue Mitchell, 21, of Rushville, was arrested in the 200 block of North Jackson Street on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

2:06 a.m.: Donald Randolph Turman, 26, of Rushville, was arrested in the 200 block of North Jackson Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater leaving the scene of an accident and possession of drug paraphernalia.

2:34 a.m.: Ronald E. Self, 58, of Rushville, was cited in the 4700 block of SR 44 for following too closely.

7:35 p.m.: William H. Matney, 18, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1700 block of West U.S. 52 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:35 p.m.: David Randall Noel, 50, of Shelbyville, was arrested in the 1700 block of West U.S. 52 on charges of possession of marijuana (second offense), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:47 p.m.: Livestock out reported on CR 450S near CR 250E.

10:58 p.m.: Brian Todd Johnson, 37, of Shelbyville, was arrested in the 9200 block of West SR 44 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:15 p.m.: Livestock out reported on U.S. 52 near CR 800E.

5/12/13

3:50 p.m.: Keith A. Marshall, 42, of Rushville, and Kristina R. Marshall, 40, of Rushville, were involved in an accident on CR 1100N near CR 400E.

8:18 p.m.: Domestic disturbance reported in the 300 block of Winters Way in Carthage.

9:17 p.m.: Rachel Michelle Cauthern, 29, of New Castle, was arrested in the 300 block of Winters Way in Carthage on a charge of battery.
