10:30 a.m.: Bike theft reported in the 100 block of East Seventh Street.

2:30 p.m.: James Samuel Foster, 30, of Greensburg, was arrested on an unspecified failure to appear warrant. No bond information was indicated on the arrest report.

5:34 p.m.: Accident reported in the 100 block of North Perkins Street.

5:39 p.m.: Paul L. Harvey, 45, of Connersville, was cited in the 200 block of West Second Street for operating a motor vehicle with expired vehicle registration.

4:15 p.m.: Bruce A. Coy, 55,of Rushville, was arrested in the 800 block of North Sexton Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI (second offense), OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and OWI with a BC of .15 percent or greater. A $25,000 bond was listed.
