5:45 p.m.: Dustin C. Cain, 29, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1500 block of North Main Street on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

5:45 p.m.: Alicia Sue Matney, 27, of Rushville, was cited in the 1500 block of North Main Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Matney was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license.
