4/12/13

10:07 p.m.: Kenneth L. Howard, 33, of Rushville, was cited in the 100 block of South Main Street for operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended.

4/13/13

2:30 a.m.: Derek Lee Click, 19, of Marion, was arrested in the 1800 block of South SR 3 on charges of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

2:30 a.m.: Courtney Renee Cawood, 20, of St. Mary’s, Ohio, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

12:30  p.m.: Brandon Lyn Smiley, 30, of Rushville, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.

3:55 p.m.: Luke E. Duke, 17, no address given, was arrested on charges of theft and burglary.

4/14/13

12:32 a.m.: Justin Lee Sallee, 22, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1200 block of West SR 44 on an illegal possession of marijuana charge.

12:32 a.m.: Harley Sue Lacy, 19, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1200 block of West SR 44 on a illegal possession of marijuana charge.

5:38 a.m.: John Daniel Cline III, 21, of Rushville, was arrested in the 2000 block of North Fort Wayne Road on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury accident, OWI, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI endangerment and OWI with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body. Shortly after 7 a.m., additional charges were filed against Cline: operating a motor vehicle not in good working order, operating a motor vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance in the body and driving left of center.

8:49 p.m.: Nicole E. Gilcrease, 21, of Indianapolis, was cited for failure to signal prior to a lane change and operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended.

11:50 a.m.: Terri Lynn McPerson, 29, of Milroy, was arrested on a warrant for false informing.

4/13/13

12:20 a.m.: April Renee Robinson, 36, of Connersville, was arrested for failure to appear.

4:35 a.m.: Brian Joseph Harrison, 32, no address given, was arrested on CR 800E near SR 44 on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater.

10:58 p.m.: Theft reported in the 300 block of North Main Street in Carthage.

11:18 p.m.: Vehicle versus deer accident reported in the 6000 block of West SR 244.

4/14/13

1:01 a.m.; Charles H. Tate, 28, of Knightstown, was involved in an accident in the 100 block of West First Street.

2:40 a.m.: Lauren Grace Tracy, 49, of Dupont, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on a charge of possession of marijuana.

4:46 a.m.: John Michael Wilson. 50, of Dupont, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a controlled substance or its metabolite in the body.
