1:42 a.m.: Paul E. Davis, 52, of Connersville, was cited for driving left of center and operating a motor vehicle with a open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Davis was later arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, OWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater, possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle while privileges were suspended for life on Airport Road near U.S. 52.
