Sentenced to Rush County Jail for one year (all suspended except two days with two days credit given). Ordered to pay $959.47 in restitution, $50 administration fee and probation fees. Placed on formal probation or one year.

— vs. Larry A. Eckart on a charge of theft (class “D” felony). Sentenced to Indiana Department of Corrections for 18 months (all suspended except 240 days with 240 days credit given). Ordered to pay $500 fine, $160 court cost, $250 public defender fee, $100 administration fee and probation fees. Placed on formal probation for 10 months.

— vs. Randy Robinson on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after driving privileges were suspended for being deemed a habitual traffic violator (class “D” felony). Sentenced to Indiana Department of Corrections for three years (all suspended except six months with two days credit given). Ordered to one year home detention. Ordered to pay $160.50 court cost, $100 administration fee and probation fees. Placed on formal probation for 30 months. Driver’s license suspended for life.
