---- — The Noble Niters Home Ec Club met Oct. 23 at New Salem Methodist Church Education Building. Eleven members answered the roll call with their favorite scary movie. Inspirational quotes were read by Dixie Meyer.

Discussion was held regarding the recent Achievement Night. The club again congratulated Pam Brock on being the chosen recipient of this year’s Ellie Award. Marlene Fudge and Dianna Allen reported on the Living Well conference. The club decided on Dec. 10 at Fiddler’sThree for the Christmas/December meeting. Dixie Meyer presented the program, “Who Gets Grandma’s Yellow Pie Plate?” The door prize was won by Marlene Fudge and refreshments were provided by Dianna Allen and Pam Brock.

The next meeting will be held Nov. 20 at the home of Dixie Meyer. Beth Barnes is co hostess and Marlene Fudge has inspiration and the lesson on personal safety. Members are asked to bring donations for the food pantry.
