RUSHVILLE — The Noble Niters Home Ec Club met April 24 at the New Salem Methodist Church Ed Building. Marlene Fudge was host and Karen Hoeing was co-host. Eleven members and one guest answered the roll call response with their middle name. Connie Meyer read “Where is God?” for inspiration. Volunteer Community Support leader Linda Murphy gave a report on tips for getting better sleep and other small changes that can be made for big healthy payoffs. President Dixie Meyer reviewed the recent 100 year celebration that was held.

The club voted to host the 2013 Achievement Night. Cheryl Kramer will be working on obtaining the program for this meeting. Our club will be hosting at the Root Building from 6-10 p.m. during the fair. Cheryl Kramer then gave the lesson “Taming your Monster Garage.”

Refreshments were provided by Marlene Fudge and Karen Hoeing. The door prize was won by guest Melinda Munson. The next meeting will be May 22 at NSUMC Ed Building with Beth Barnes as host and Christy Singleton as co-hostess. This will be installation of officers.
