---- — Friends Too of the Rush County Extension Homemakers met at the home of Jane Kuhn for our regular meeting and a memorial to our past president, Roberta Cole.

Vice president Jean Chandler opened the meeting and welcomed the guests. Roberta’s daughters, Linda Ging, Pamela Guzman and Kate Kuhn were there along with friends and neighbors.

For roll call, members recalled something special they remembered about Roberta’s life. Guests also had good memories to share.

Treasurer Ruth Kessler collected dues for the coming year.

Sheila Link gave a very helpful lesson on “Taming the Monster Garage.” Special storage equipment makes it easier to have room for the car! She stressed disposing of items frequently.

Linda Kuhn is helping with the sample quilt project. She gave advice on how we can continue with the project.

Hostess Jane Kuhn served a large variety of cookies and drinks.
