INFBPW/Knightstown October Meeting

---- — INFBPW (Indiana Federation of Business & Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc.) Knightstown had the October meeting at Sugarbakers in Knightstown on Oct. 21 with Tina Williams as hostess.

Tina Williams, president, presided at the meeting. A report was given on Fall Conference held at Clarion in Columbus. Members attending Fall Conference were Barbara Mofield, INFBPW District 2 director and INFBPW executive director, Penny Sitler, HBW editor and INFBPW/Knightstown vice president, Tina Williams, INFBPW/Knightstown president and Jackie Woolard, PSP, INFBPW/Knightstown treasurer. Janet McGuire, Classy Glass, was a vendor at Fall Conference.

Michelle White from Safe At Home in New Castle was our guest speaker. She gave information about the amount of domestic violence in Henry County.

INFBPW/Knightstown will bring donations for the women’s shelters Safe At Home works to the November meeting. A donation from INFBPW/Knightstown will be made to Safe At Home.

The District 2 Fall Meeting will be Nov. 16, 2013, at Elmhurst in Connersville with INFBPW/Connersville as hostess.

The next meeting will be Nov. 18 at Sugarbakers in Knightstown with Jackie Woolard as hostess. The program will be presented by Cinda Howell and Cathy Stevenson on Legacy Products, makers of Medikins medical teaching aids.
