Ann Aldridge, 74, Anderson, died June 30, 2008.

Born Aug. 28, 1933 in Rushville, she was the daughter of Richard and Millitine (Cross) Bobrink, both deceased. She married Lowell R. Aldridge; he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Aldridge lived most of her life in Anderson. She retired in 1988 from Delco Remy after 30 years of employment. She was president of Women’s Republican Party of Madison County, member of Psi Iota Psi and volunteered at the Paramount and Humane Society.

Survivors include son, Gary Aldridge of Anderson; daughters, Dee-Dee Wilson of Anderson and Tina (David) Wicks of Lewis Center, Ohio; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Vance Bobrink; and sister, Pam Cookman.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Mitchel officiating. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
