Rush County GardenFest “Going Green” at fairgrounds

  • Sex offenders must register
    Legislation enacted in 2003 requires that all sex offenders and persons convicted of a violent crime register in the county in which they reside; they must also register in the county in which they work if different than where they live.

  • Truck hits bridge near Falmouth
    In an attempt to avoid striking another vehicle a northbound moving truck struck a county bridge shortly after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on CR 800E near Falmouth.

  • Small crowd marks local 9-11 anniversary
    In the hours, days and weeks that followed terrorist attacks against U.S. targets Sept. 11, 2001 the horrific events were played and replayed on national news broadcasts and other media outlets.

    The Center of Integrity, Empowerment & Fairness, Inc., (CIEF, Inc.) is a not-for-profit organization that was created to collect old voting machines no longer used by Indiana counties.
