8/16/13

11:19 a.m.: Internal theft reported in the 100 block of South Main Street.

9:16 p.m.: Illegal drug activity reported in the 2000 block of South SR 3.

10:08 p.m.: Rodney Lynn Truett, 48, of Kenton, Tenn., was arrested in the 2000 block of South SR 3 on charges of illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

8/17/13

6:33 p.m.: Illegal drug activity reported in the 100 block of West SR 44.

6:57 p.m.: Timothy C. Wetter, 22, of Cloverdale, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:53 p.m.: Prowler reported in the 500 block of West 16th Street.

8/18/13

12:29 a.m.: Dustin C. Cain, 29, of Rushville, was arrested in the 1100 block of West Jennings Street on a misdemeanor charge of battery.

3:40 p.m.: Theft reported in the 600 block of North Harrison Street.

7:38 p.m.: Illegal drug activity reported in the 700 block of North Morgan Street.

7:50 p.m.: Donald Randolph Turman, 26, of Rushville, was arrested in the 700 block of North Morgan Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:50 p.m.: Jackie L. Bailey, 44, of Wabash, was arrested in the 700 block of North Morgan Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:33 p.m.: Steven L. Sturgeon, 63, of Rushville, was arrested in the 600 block of West 10th Street on charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:32 p.m.: Jesse N. Medsker, 31, of Carthage, was arrested in the 500 block of South Henley Street, Carthage, on an unspecified body attachment warrant.

Cory Matthew Estes, 19, of Arlington, was arrested on a sexual battery warrant.
