RUSHVILLE — Members of the Anderson Township Volunteer Fire Department will host their annual fish fry lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday at the Milroy fire station, 214 W. Main St. There is no charge for the event although a free-will offering will be gratefully accepted. The menu includes: Fish or Tenderloin, onion rings or french fries, drinks and dessert. Members of the Amish community will be providing pies, cakes and cup cakes for the meal and whole pies and cakes will be available for purchase. Carry-outs available. Proceeds will help in the purchase of new extraction equipment. A drawing will also be held for a 911 firefighters helmet. This week is also National Fire Prevention Week.
