RUSHVILLE — The Rush County Community Foundation Youth in Philanthropy members participated in a community service project last Fall. Their project was to plant daffodil bulbs at the intersection of SR 52 & 3 just south of the Flatrock River. The daffodils are currently in full bloom and look great and the organization has received numerous comments and e-mails to thank them for their efforts in making this intersection look so welcoming. The Youth in Philanthropy group planted these bulbs that were donated to the community by Bill and Debbie Herdrich.
