INFBPW/Knightstown April Meeting

INFBPW(Indiana Federation of Business & Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc) Knightstown had the March meeting at Sugar Bakers in Knightstown on April 21 with Dawn Moran as hostesses.

Doran Moran and her husband Craig Trent from Yesterday’s Hickory Furniture and American Wildwood Gift Shoppe and Gallery presented the program on Earth Day, Clean Green and how they make Hickory Furniture.

A report was given on the Senior Girl’s Dessert held in April. Plans were made for Jubilee Day Taco Booth.

Items were collected for the Fun, Feel Good Basket for the basket auction at INFBPW State Convention, April 25-27 at Holiday Inn in Ft Wayne. Jan McGuire will be INFBPW/Knightstown “Member of the Year” candidate.

New Officers for 2014-15 INFBPW/Knightstown will be President-Penny Sitler, Vice President-Tina Williams, Treasurer-Kelley Millhoan, Secretary-Janet McGuire.

INFBPW/Knightstown would like to invite women from the area to our next meeting at 6:30 p.m. on May 19 at Sugar Bakers. Penny Sitler will be hostess for the May meeting and women will learn more about membership in INFBPW and how we support working women. New officers will be installed at this meeting.
