RUSHVILLE — State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) will be available to discuss Indiana’s new laws and other legislative topics Wednesday, June 26, at the Rush County Fair.
Leising said she will be on hand from 5:30-9 p.m. and looks forward to spending time with local residents of all ages who enjoy attending the fair like she does.
“I anticipate our area fairs all winter,” Leising said. “Nothing says summer like a county fair that not only gives Indiana residents an opportunity to enjoy fun rides and great food but also everything local vendors and employers have to offer. Our county fairs truly showcase the hard work of our local 4-H members as well as the importance of agriculture in our state’s traditions and economy.”
Rush County Fair, 1299 N. Sexton, Rushville, opened Saturday, June 22, and runs through Saturday, June 29.
