10 a.m.: Parade begins at fairgrounds. The parade will travel east on 11th, south on Main to Second Street.
The Gathering Grocery Cart Brigade will push shopping carts in the parade to collect non-perishable items from spectators. Changing Footprints will be collecting new and gently used shoes during the parade. Please help by donating what you can!
After the parade at the Chamber of Commerce building, 315 N. Main Street, meet and visit with David Willkie and his mom. There will also be carriage rides and shaved ice for sale.
11 a.m.: Covered Bridge Poker Run registration at Riverside Park Amphitheater.
11 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Main Street Christian Church is hosting a fish fry and flea market at Sixth and Main Streets featuring hand-breaded fish, tenderloins, sides and homemade desserts. Shop at their large flea market before or after eating.
Noon: Hot Dog Eating Contest downtown sponsored by Dairy Queen.
1 to 5 p.m.: Rush County Historical Museum “Step Back in Time” at 619 N. Perkins Street.
1 to 6 p.m.: Poker Run through historic covered bridges and dinner afterward at Riverside Park Amphitheater.
7 p.m.: Free Pink Droyd concert at Riverside Park Amphitheater, located in the 100 block of West Water Street.
