“We have the paperwork ready for them to complete,” Richardson added, “and we have packets containing information on voter registration, absentee voting, financial forms and a calendar of important dates.”
State and federal candidates, Judge of the Superior Court, and the Prosecuting Attorney must file their candidacy with the State Election Division.

If residents would like to vote, voter registration ends April 7, 2014, and the primary election will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014. Courthouse hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
