It’s that time of year again for St. Mary Catholic School students to get registered if they haven’t done so already.
Most of the students and their parents have already completed the registration process for the upcoming school year. If you not, registration materials my be returned Tuesday.
On Tuesday, school personnel will be at the south end of the multi-purpose room in the school at Fifth and Perkins streets in Rushville. Someone will be available from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
During that time:
n Payment will be expected for the 2008-2009 book bill and book rental.
n Preschool tuition for August and the preschool first semester activity fees are due.
n PTA committee sign-up.
n School Belles will be available to measure child, have samples sizes to try on and will be able to assist with ordering uniformclothing. School Belles accepts cash, credit cards and checks with a valid driver’s license. (Please note: a representative will only be available from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m.).
n Uniform exchange - donated uniforms are available, sorted by size and gender. If you have any gently used, clean, uniform clothing to donate, please bring them with you on Tuesday. There are a wide variety of sizes available.
n Recess and lunch helper sign-up.
n Floating classroom aides.
n VIRTUS training sign-up (This is required for any person volunteering or working at St. Mary Catholic School based on Archdiocese requirements. If you have already attended this training you only need to keep up with online updates. Training needs to be completed every five years. Help is available if you need assistance).
