A representative from the office of U.S. Sen. Evan Bayh will be available on Wednesday to meet individually with Hoosiers in Rush County at the Rushville City Hall.
“Hoosiers may need guidance to make the federal government work for them,” Bayh said. “My office can help Hoosiers cut through the red tape and get the assistance and answers they need.”
Sen. Bayh said some of the most common problems his office helps Hoosiers handle include difficulties with Social Security and veterans benefits, questions about federal taxes, and concerns about immigration. In addition, Bayh encourages Hoosiers to stay in touch with his office to register their opinions on Congressional issues.
On Wednesday, Andrew Homan, Sen. Bayh’s central Indiana regional director, will be at Rushville City Hall 133 W. First Street, from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
