RMHF Seed Circle brings the magic

The Rush Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Seed Circle has been in existence just shy of two years. Ladies from all backgrounds, ages, and interests have come together to learn about Rush Memorial Hospital and the RMH Foundation. The group meets every other month at the hospital and plans an event once each year. This year the RMHF Seed Circle is sponsoring a Family Fun Night for Pediatrics on Friday, July 11, 2014. The evening will showcase magician/entertainer Rusty Ammerman. Rusty is from Indiana, but has traveled across the United States performing his magic. His family style of entertainment will delight the audience. Be prepared to have fun.

Doors open at 6PM at the RushShelby Community Building located at the Rush County Fairgrounds. Tickets will be sold at the door. Prices are $20 adult, $10 children, and $5 pre-school children. Refreshments will be sold before the performance begins at 7PM.

The evening will start with the presenting of the second annual Rush County Youth Volunteer of the Year Award. This award consists of a plaque that is permanently displayed at the hospital and a $300.00 check. David Wood, the first volunteer award recipient, will make the presentation to the new winner. Magician Rusty Ammerman will follow with his magic and fun for everyone. All proceeds from the evening are for the RMH Foundation Pediatric Office Building Fund. The goal of the fund is $670,000.00, the cost of the new RMH Pediatric Office Building. Donations of any size are being accepted to help reach the goal. “Your attendance at this event can help us move towards the goal. A fun family night for a great cause – a state of the art pediatric facility for our youngest patients”, states RMH Foundation Director Faith Mock. The RMHF Seed Circle Family Fun Night steering committee consists of Eleanor Columbe, Kristen Hass, Jan Long, Barb Malson, Gracie Marlatt, and Anne Zachery.

Come out Friday night, July 11, and support the RMH Foundation’s Seed Circle event. Fun for the entire family is right here in Rush County! To donate to the Pediatric Office Building Fund or any RMHF fund or to get more information about the RMHF Seed Circle contact Faith Mock at faith.mock@rushmemorial.com.
